If you can't read the text beneath the illustration it reads: Digital Being, a new character type from the upcoming Mutant Epoch Expansion Rules, from the front cover art. I'm doing all the cover characters a separate illustration with the intention to have them as ready to play PC or NPC characters available around the release of the mighty book (which is still quite a ways off, sorry to say).
