If you want to buy or build an airship, remember that they require a lot of gear to make and maintain. You need a large airtight bag, strong cables or other supports, lightweight carriage below (so you can carry as much as practical), plus fuel supplies. Now combine this with the need for defense against various flying critters, so you have to carry weapons, armor, and people to shoot the weapons.
Buying tickets on an airship though:
Hub Rules p219 - has a ticket price
Crossroads Gazetteer p157: 80 silver per person
If you want to compare wagon ticket prices and wagon costs, and try to use that to estimate airship ticket prices to airship costs, feel free.
