Pulse Rifles are listed as firing "4 pulses per round". Now on all the weapon tables the power cell rate says = 25 bursts (for standard or 20 bursts for heavy version)
So my question is this: Does a Pulse = Burst (1 for 1) or does a Burst = 4 Pulses (effectively 4 shots/rd = 1 burst)?
I've looked through all the TME books & found nothing to clarify this.
