20% of gained +STR = (do not round off the number) +kg increase to character weight
> Dense Skin/Muscle/Bones minor mutations < Increases in tissue density must also result in increases to weight.
20% of gained +STR/END (use the only the single highest Attribute modifier if more then one is noted for the same mutation) = (do not round off the number) +kg increase to character weight
