Hi Epochians, Just a quick update before I get back to the heaps of illustrations I have to accomplish today. Mutant Bestiary One is coming along very well and due out hopefully by month end, October 2014. Yes, it has been taking longer than anticipated due to the complexity of the digital grayscale paintings I am doing for this book, as well as some pain issues with my drawing hand which limits me to 6 hours a day on them. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now, and already spending part of each day working on other titles coming out in coming months. I thought I'd give you a taste of some of the art, of which much of it depicts some very disturbing, disgusting or outright nightmarish mutant freaks. These things are going to waste your player characters! Thanks for your patience while waiting for this 'monster manual' of mutants. WOW! They all look great, especialy that big armored guy with the axe and shield! What is that thing? I dont know but i cant wait to get my hands on the new beastry 1 book to find out! Sorry to hear about your hand i hope you get well soon.

Hi Rexbannon, Thanks for the concern about my hand. Yeah, this Photoshop work seems harder on the appendage than all the inks I did for the Crossroads book. I did go paint miniatures with some gamer friends last night, using the same hand of course, and that didn't hurt at all so I am hoping that if I just mix up the daily chores with new books that it will get better. Oh, The crab humanoid thing trading with the human for booze is called a Bicrustodon. Kinda unpredictable freaks, but at least they can communicate with travelers. Here are some more images from the bestiary. Today's theme is puppies. Enjoy A regular fox...  And a Black Slinker Fox. Hello Again, Epochians, Here's an Update on what we are working on.... Yes, still deeply immersed in the art phase of Mutant Bestiary One. My hand is doing much better and am getting between 3 and 5 of these grayscale paintings done per day. Camping season is over so I a also getting a few done each weekend, too. Many apologies for this book taking longer than anticipated, but I think it's going to be a great addition and I can personally hardly wait to throw some of these creatures at my players! Of course, edits on a shorter adventure (The Flesh Weavers) are being wrapped up and I'll be inking that book starting in Late November, and writing and play-testing continues on The Expansion Rules. Brandon Goeringer (Savage GM) is also working on a new set of One Day Digs, and we have two more Free Creatures of the Apocalypse coming out soon! Its a good thing I have 36 hour days instead of the 24 hour ones most people have been given. Best Regards from the Outland Arts Bunker Will McAusland

Wicked critters! Can't wait for the release.... Maybe some movement on the TME Slavery document too yes? (sorry just being annoying, only thing I seem to excel at lol).

I cant wait for the mutant bestiary one to come out! these pictures are great! Also i cant wait for the Heroes of the Epoch to get started. Its going to be so cool to see all the SOE member characters drawn up and made available for everyone.

Will is working on the layout of the cover. I think its in the final stages. I will update if I find out any more info.

Rumors from the wastelands are that the pdf for the Mutant Bestiary One will be $9.99 and the print version will be $22.99.
