Robert Praetor was head of Advanced weapons development and design division of R&D
Debra Watts was head of Human Relations
Herschel Chow was head of Semi-Sentient CPU development and design division of R&D
Note: Herschel is directly resposible for creating the Mecha-5000 Semi-Sentient CPU which re-wrote its programming and spawned the Mecha virus which caused the mecha / android wars that still rage on in 2365

The Head of Human Security Force Division survived the Apocalypse as well as 100-200 of her men in cryogenic sleep deep underground in on of Poly-Tech Internationals main Robotics factories located somewhere in the Shattered region.

Herschel Chow Built Small scale Mecha-5000 Semi-Sentient CPU's for many of Poly-Tech Internationals Combots and combot prototypes. But the Demand came for a massive scale CPU Hub in order to control them all. The Mecha-25K Hud was born and required near constant maintenance in order to function. So the Mecha-25K Designed its own worker maintenance worker units and put them into production immediately. It was of course allowed to do this by Herschel Chow who was very impressed by his creations ability to adapt and change in order to solve its Processing problems. The Mecha Hub Maintenance Androids came online and began not only maintaining the Mecha Hub but also began improving upon its design.
