this can make a huge difference, and the book is kind of ambiguous about it. is the X.XX m/rnd applied to the basic 3m of movement, or the running movement of 6m?

this can make a huge difference, and the book is kind of ambiguous about it. is the X.XX m/rnd applied to the basic 3m of movement, or the running movement of 6m? Good question. Maybe I'm doing it wrong.. pg 17, TME; "base 6m: Character’s base movement becomes 6m, plus any agility modifiers" pg 103; "armor..heavy mutations".. (penalties) "..usually apply to run, not walking base movement.." IMHO, the same should apply for bonuses. pg 25; "Move: This is the base movement rate for..beastial human. ..first number is the being’s land based speed, the second move rate being in their natural habitat..swimming..flying. (Note: The base rate for a human is 6m per round at top speed.)" It sounds like AGI mod applies to "Base Move" which is running. Some people walk faster than others, sure, but maybe the mod only applies to Base Move, running, to keep the game simple. It looks like Walk (3m) is only affected when you are so encumbered that you run slower than an average person's Walk. For my game, I was applying mods to Walk (3m) as a Base and then doubling this for Run Move.. Hmm
