So here is the link to the Mutant Monster Art Gallery over at rpg.net Any and all comments are welcome, but more importantly, if you have any friends who are artists and they want to show some of their Sci-Fi or PA critters, please let them know. The more activity on the forum thread, the more wandering monster encounters the p[posts will elicit. All the best WIll forum.rpg.net/showthread.php?724064-Mutant-Monster-Art-Gallery

Right now it will just post a link tot eh art gallery, but also shows the table of contents so you can see what we're working on. Cheers Epochians! www.outlandarts.com/mutantbestiary1.htm

Shiney!
but half of me doesn't want to spoil the actual contents for when the book is released! What a dilema...
Might I ask if you still plan for the Rules Expansion book after the bestiary, Will?
Just looking at the contents, I can't wait to read up the details of so many beasties named!

Hey there, YES work on the Expansion rules has been going on whenever I am not illustrating the bestiary. After doing all those maps for the Crossroads Region, my hand has still not recovered entirely so I am trying to stagger my work flow a bit. Doing some edits, some original drafts, revamping old texts, pencil work and digital art, oh, and sculpting on a series of non-TME game products coming out very soon. Very eager to show off the nasty monsters in the bestiary, but so too, keen to get the new character types in the expansion book into my next local game. Your gonna be grossed out, me thinks. Will PS. oh, I started a bit of a Mutant Monsters forum thread at RPG.net Please comment if you are so inclined, or add your own mutant critter sketches, as it adds to the visibility of the thread and the post-apocalyptic genre in general. forum.rpg.net/showthread.php?724064-Mutant-Monster-Art-Gallery&p=17856918#post17856918

Any ETA on the Rules Expansion Book? I am seriously looking forward to the FBR (Full body Replacement) cyborgs i.e. "Vat Brains" & playable Androids.

The Brain Hound..."They are wicked, humanoid hating beings of uncertain origins, prone to making pure stock humans in particular suffer emotionally as well as physically before killing and eating them". This is one freak in particular that really makes my gut slightly lurch when I see the art for it and read about. Such a well known animal in our world, yet so disgustingly twisted in The Mutant Epoch. Their huge multi eyed heads yearn for a shotgun blast to end their cruel ways!

...Abhorra ... Ziagota Encounter Tables
... That's quite an impressive list, any chance that the upcoming Plantoid book or material will be of similar size?

Hi Epochians, Really thrilled to see the excitement regarding Mutant Bestiary One. Its coming along very well, although of course taking longer than planned. Just doing grayscale interior paintings now. All the way up to Sheep and getting 3 or 4 images done per day working about 10 to 13 hours a day on this book now that the finish is in sight! Hand is holding out and was a big concern last month. I've kinda been at this all year and am quite eager to see the bestiary done and on the shelves. Plantoids are going to be a character type in the Expansion Book, due out next year. Kinda planned to do plantoids as a separate supplement but it made more sense to include it with all the other freaky character types included in that book. The Expansion Rules are going to be like part two of the hub rules, although without creatures. It will have an extensive new gear list, expanded critical hit and fumble tables, more skills, way more cybernetic implants, and of course, a heap of new mutations. Writing on that book is happening and the tome will be authored by myself along with about 5 other contributors. Play testing will be extensive and be taking place while the ink art and cover are being crafted. To answer a member submitted question, yes, self aware androids will be a new character type included in the Expansion Rules. Sorry for the slower than anticipated release date folks, and my use of the 'Creator Invisibility Generation' mutation here on the forums. You'll be sick of me soon enough! Will PS. Got some other updates and art on the bestiary over here: mutantepochforum.boards.net/thread/354/mutant-bestiary

Im really looking forward to Plantoids and all the other goodies in the expansion! But especially Plant characters. They are an essential part of a PA game. (for me anyway)
Will there be more Beastial Human/animal options? We have a bunch here on the forums already (new & old), but it would be great to have them "officially" , perhaps with a few illustrations.
(Hey I can dream, cant I?! )
