Has anyone ever played/GM'd/seen the Underground rpg?
There are some good ideas to borrow if you get a chance to read it.
"It’s superhero crossed with Blade Runner, Vietnam, and Tarantino ( and Robocop, Running Man, Paranoia..). You play genetically-enhanced soldiers in a future USA that’s gone horribly awry. Corporations sponsor Constitutional amendments, gangs are reality TV stars, the middle class is gone, and gun violence is an accepted part of life. After serving in corporate wars overseas, you are thrown into public housing in LA’s Watts neighborhood. No one likes vets, mostly because they fear the super powers you have."

Powers are a bit more realistic than other games in the genre; just a bit. No flying but they do have TK.. Most enhancements are bio-wetware (gleamed from alien bio vessel wreckage?) as opposed to hard tech implants.
I like the artwork. www.trollandtoad.com/p288695.html. I think the cover art is Geof Darrow. Lot's of detail to absorb (Where's Waldo for the younger generation) in the art.

Anyway, a friend gave me a bunch of his stuff and it's worth checking out if you can find it. Shouldn't be too difficult to convert to TME.
