TELESCOPING POWER ARM
this relic cyborg implant is very similar to a regular power arm only this power arm has four fingers like a claw in an arcade prize grabbing machine. This form of power arm can extend from the wrist up to 5m and grapple a hand railing or roof ledge. It can be used as a means to climb rapidly like using a grappling hook. It can support up to 500 lbs of weight in this fashion and once a sutface is gripped with the hand the cyborg can then retract the cable whhile maintaining his grip to pull himself up. If used as a weapon it can be shot out at an opponent up to 5m away doing the same punch damage as a normal power with the same SV bonus as well. This bonus also applies when trying to grapple a surface to climb. This type of power arm uses the same size power cell as a normal power are but due to more active consumption of power the cell only lasts 2 months.

I always thought a grapple hand would be awesome. Maybe there was one in Cyberpunk 2020.. Good work!

LAW (Light anti-tank weapon)
The law is an ancient collapsible portable rocket delivery system that has an effective range of about 200m. It can only fire one battle rocket before needing to be repaired and reloaded by a proficient gunsmith. The law is light weight and easy to carry into battle. The battle rocket it launches does a d100 direct hit damage and 2d20+20 indirect explosion damage .

I have to look at the book to find out the radius and SV for the battle rocket. But it could change based on what rocket you have a gunsmith mount into the LAW. I wasnt sure what the radius and SV where off the top of my head when i posted the LAW. Sometimes i think of stuff when im out and about running errands and i make mobile posts to the site. Thanks for reminding me though, i was planning to edit this post later when i had the books in front of me so i could add that info.

LAW
Has an indirect blast radius of 5m. There was no SV bonus in the book regarding battle rockets but it did have a weapon based SV of 01-85, so when trying to strike near the target to bath them in explosive goodness this would be the SV you would use to try to hit the ground near the target for indirect fire damage. The LAW is not to be confused with the Rocket launcher from the TME hub book. The Rocket launcher can be re-rloaded during combat and has a much higher value as a result. The law is a one shot weapon and must be brought to a gunsmith to be re-loaded as mentioned before. This means that the LAW has a lesser value then the rocket launcher for resale or to buy. The LAW loaded with a battle rocket has an average cost/resale value of 1600+4d100 silver peices. LAW without battle rocket has an average cost of 400+2d100 silver peices. Re-mounting a battle rocket or any other type of rocket varies in price from gunsmith to gunsmith. The cheaper the gunsmith and the rank level of the gunsmith play a factor in wether or not the LAW will explode in the users hands. There is a 50% chance at rank level one of malfunction and explosion which is reduced by 10% by rank of gunsmith up to rank 5. Gunsmiths of rank 6 and above have the skill nessecary to succsesfully re-load a LAW with no chance of malfunctions.

Water capture cart
This old world technology is highly sought after in the thirsty epoch game setting. This mobile cart unit can be towed with a simple tow hitch. It runs on bio-fuel with a tank capacity of 50 gallons and a run time of one hour per gallon. This cart can absorb large amounts of water from the surrounding air. It uses a serious of sophisticated filters, fans and purification tanks to pull drinkable water from even thin air. It has a water storage tank of about 100 gallon capacity. There is a down side to the water capture cart, It can be extremely noisy and cannot move on its own. Plus the filters used in the absorption process are extremley rare. It can still be operated with cotton sheets as the filters but produces far less drinkable water. A full tank of gas and relic filters produces 5 gallons water per five hours. The cost of such a device is very high, Starting at 10k to buy in near new condition. half a tank of gas and relic filters collects half as much. If a full tank of gas is used with cotton sheets it can only produce 2 gallons of water for every six hours of run time. It requires a maintenance man with 3 ranks in mechanical, electrical, junk crafter, and robotic skills in order to keep in running order. This relic is also very large and heavy. It is about the size of a van and weighs about three times as much. This makes it difficult to transport but not impossible with the right vehicle. Relic filters have an average cost of about 250-500 silver pieces each and the water cart requires ten filters to produce 100 gallons of water. The relic filters can be reused only once and then they quickly fall apart. Cotton sheets on the other hand only cost 50-150 silver pieces but can only be used once to produce 100 gallons of water before being useless.

We have some of these at work. It's so humid in NC that the compressors on some of the coolers are working overtime. Normally, the small amount of condensed water is evaporated by the heat of the unit running. Lately, the coolers have been just pissing water. We probably get 1 gal (~3.8 ltr)/day. I like your water capture cart. Also, check out this stuff. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_well_(condenser)This reminds me of the moisture vaporators in Star Wars. www.gizmag.com/airdrop-wins-james-dyson-award/20471/
