Good questions areafiftyone! I also remember WM talking about his friends space opera game but in recent months he has not mentioned it or the fantasy setting. I've tried to compensate for the lack of space setting adventure options for those in the community that have players that want to go into space and explore. WM is a pretty down to earth guy and if you message him here on the forum he should answer you back areafiftyone. I know he has a lot of work still left to do on the world of the mutant epoch. there are at least 3-4 more regions he has to make and he is almost done with the mutant beastiary one. Hope that helps out a bit? Also please feel free to use what I've made here and improve or change it to suit your needs. id love to see what you come up with for space adventures!

Has anyone done interior plans/diagrams or drawings of the Orion space station or the spaceship interstellar Transport Cruiser Bellerophon? Can you share them?

One of the really good ideas about TME is not knowing exactly what happened. The idea of the "End" occurring during a 100+ year span is that the end is not known.
I think that this idea needs serious consideration for extra Earth areas.
I played Twilight 2000 1st edition "until the wall came down". One of the points that was made is the dangers of "no TV". If the world begins to fall into pieces that have no communication with the others, problems can become seriously magnified. There are numerous "Cold War" stories of WW III almost starting because of small communication problems.
It seems that "space" would suffer the same problem. A series of missiles launched to spread organic material across Mars to start Terra forming could be mistaken as an attack. If five different factions are monitoring Mars, the counter actions could cause all sorts of chaos.
In short, 100 years of little communication between warring factions would produce TME.

I think a Space Opera would be a great idea; but maybe it should be set outside of our solar system. Considering the "wildness" of the current Earth situation, it could easily be considered a "no fly zone".
The area "damaged" by the reactor melt down in the former Soviet Union has some of the highest populations of wild animals in 1000s of miles. No one is rushing in to hunt these animals because of the potential dangers.
None of the deer in the area have claw arms, 16 additional antlers, mental blasts, laser guns or junk tanks.
At least that we know of...
