I'm making a cyborg for a friend's campaign, and I managed to roll Alloy skeleton and cybernetic legs. So my question is; For the melee bonuses, do they stack or does one supersede the other?
I'd imagine if they do not stack then the skeleton damage would replace the cyborg legs damage, unless they would count as entirely separate attacks.
Any assistance would be wonderful.

In my games I ruled that Alloy skeleton melee damage only applied to modified organic limbs/attacks & in the case of the cyberleg kick damage would be used since the organic legs (& any skeletal components) had been removed. Same situation with power arms, walker legs, treads, etc... If the underlying modified organic material is replaced, so are the bonuses.

Hi Mamoru, Welcome to the TME Forums. Yes, if I were the GM at your table, I'd say they do not stack, however, I'd pick the cybernetic legs for the damage as it does the 3d6+6 damage instead of 2d10, although both are great. Of course, the character has astounding strength, the alloy skeleton, powered by organic muscle strength might be enormous for his or her punch attacks, but these legs have no muscle so would just get the 3d+6 with no strength bonus*
*These legs could be selected for the weapon expert skill, too, and thus the SV and DMG could also be increased that way. So too, the brawling or martial arts skill could also be applied to these legs (although not in conjunction with weapon expert skill).
Hope that helps! WM
