One page 44 of the Hub Rules under Junk Crafter skill it read "Mechanical technician: These special junk crafters can make a squeaky" and then jumps to Knife Fighter. I'd be interested to know what came after that.

When i started playing this i also noticed the issue. i asked about it in an email. here is the reply i got.
" The print versions are all okay. Here is the text that is missing:
Mechanical technician: These special junk crafters can make a squeaky unsafe bicycle, skateboard, wagon, extension ladder (6m), and deadfall, crossbow, or spear dropper trap (see traps in part 3, page 119-121).
I've already changed the PDF and am going to change a few things there, then update the file online. Thanks for pointing out that layout issue! "
