In the last game I ran some of the characters were exposed to mild radiation. One of them failed their HC and was exposed. When the effects of the radiation hit their character he suffered the temporary Attribute loss, this brought his Intelligence to 0.
I couldn't find anything in the main rulebook about attributes being reduced to 0 or less, apart from Endurance which is detailed in the damage and healing rules.
I was wondering if I had missed something in the book or if there are no negative consequences, other than affecting any secondary stats calculated through attributes, due to 0 or below attributes.
Luckily the group does have a mutant with the heal touch mutation so the negative attribute loss was healed fairly quickly, but knowing that some other RPGs can have characters die when various attributes are reduced, I wanted to know if there are any rules for this eventuality.

In these case we can use logic.
Intelligence is being defined as memory, IQ, and basic smarts and is often used in mental mutation statistics. A score of 0 is either nil intelligence or very low mental capabilities.
I would use Table TME-2-11 Injury and Death (P.111) as a guide for lethality but with Intelligence + Willpower instead.

I'd agree with Nolinquisitor, that is a good metric. Their PC is likely a drooling idiot now though.
