Couldn't send any words of support via Twitter (I don't have an account) & since my slow-ass brain didn't even think to post something here until now so I am sounding like a idjit.
Hope the kid recovers quick (they usually do at that age). I now how hard it is to just sit & watch others tend to one you wish you could help yourself. Don't rush getting back into work till the little one is up & about. NOTHING, no work, no game is worth losing time to be there when one of your family needs you.

Thanks Thorneldrich, She had her last doctor's visit last week and was declared fully recovered. It was a hell of an ordeal but as you say, kids at that age can heal very quickly.
I myself have an eye surgery two days before a local convention here in Kamloops. The idea of them working in my eye while I am awake is really freaking me out.. as just putting on a contact lens is a challenge for me some days. I just hope I heal half as quick as my 7 year old... got a lot of TME work to do!
today I continue the struggle to make some 'video flip throughs' of the books. Very difficult chore....
