What is the Inattention bit in the damage description of agony sphere? Have I missed some basic aspect?

I believe the last sentence "Victims on both sides caught in the agony sphere are distracted and less able to dodge or defend themselves being +10 DV easier to strike at from all physical attack sources." Is the definition of Inattention. It's just a word in the stats to reference this sentence of the description if looking at a glance.

Good answer. I always thought of it like the microwave crowd control pain rays. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Active_Denial_SystemPretty good minor power over-all; at least for keeping out vermin and other animals. Would be great for interrogation/mutant water boarding. (Just for my games, I think the inattention penalty should be "-10 to all actions" until you run out of the area.) |
