Here is the first look at the 3d hand sculpted color map of The Crossroads Region. These are 72 dpi screen versions, the first being a massive 30 x 30 inch jpeg, the second a 12 x 12" version.
Of course the print book is gray scale, and the map comes in an inked version, too. Plus the huge 9 sheet print and tile versions of the inked and 3d version, but buyers will be able to freely download high quality versions of all the maps at our site. Also, we are going to make available links to files that buyers can send to their local copy center to get various sized maps printed as needed, or even buy poster versions from zazzle.com at as close to cost as we can make them.
Basically, we want the maps in the hands of TME gamers in whatever format they want, and are very open to suggestions.
Of course, these shown here are going to be used in various online promo posts so they are not locked away just for Society of Excavator Members, thus not hidden in the SOE only areas. Feel free to share these map images for whatever promos you can think of.
As for the actual book, well, it will be going to press early this coming week (so say around November 6th 2013) The release will be in the weeks after as the boxes arrive at the distributor.
