Is that a New Mutant Race in Excavator 1?

Excavator Monthly Issue 1 features some art with the Net Gun on page 22. My question is will the mutants featured in that illustration be a written up mutant race at some point? They look like freaky mutant elves to me, so please count this as a vote for them to have a full write up. : )

Indeed, but if WM has them already on tap, we can channel our energies elsewhere!
I'm slowly working on my TME Campaign notes, just wanted to have some "stable" mutant races to put in some different areas. Those I mentioned above look ripe for the picking! LOL

Oh, these guys.... No, no plans to create their own race, but they do have a distinct group appearance and you are free to stat them out as their own sub species of humanoids or mutant humans. I am also kind of curious about what the hell they caught in that net!
