Below are a few relics I have created. Home something here can be of use to you!
Aqua-Guard Survival Water Purification/Filtration Unit
(info from Pre-Fall advertisement)
> Reliable single-step purification* for all water types
> Treats up to 10,000 liters and pumps 2.5 liters per minute. Handy mechanical usage gauge on unit shows the filter's remaining use-life (in 25 liter increments). Gauge resets when new filter cartridge is inserted.> Hollow-fiber technology blocks the tiniest waterborne threats**
> Self-cleaning system never requires back-flushing or filter scrubbing
> Includes sealed spare filter cartridge good for an addition 10,000 liters!
> Includes durable poly-synth storage bag
* Aqua-Guard can not remove radiation contamination nor is it built to do so. Users are advised to use a dosimeter or other reliable radiation detector before using Aqua-Guard on any water source suspected of being radioactive. Use of the Aqua-Guard unit to filter radioactive water will contaminate the filter & the unit itself, possibly dangerously so. Contaminated units should be disposed of immediately!
** Aqua-Guard is UDF (United Defense Force) Certified to extract 100% of all identified biological, chemical, & pathogenic contaminates (including all know bio-warfare agents). As new bio-agents are added to the world's arsenals, the UDF adds them to their certification testing procedures. Always purchase the newest dated, certified filters for your own safety & peace of mind!

Recon Combat Armor
This suit is unpowered & colored concrete gray for urban deployment. Made from a mix of ballistic fiber embedded plastic, ultra-light alloy metal plates, and duracloth straps and joint coverings, this armor affords excellent coverage to the modern soldier or security member. Due to its modifications, this unit has intra-armor cable/wire channels for a wide range of armor modifications. Designed for forward observer/sniper use, this armor is lighter then standard combat armor but it is also weighs less, reducing its impact om the wearer's movement. The entire recon combat armor is designed to be as noiseless as possible when moving, have all possible contact/friction points either padded or shielded with sound dampening materials. To complete the Recon Combat Armor's role, a military grade Optic Concealment System in built into the suit (including the Recon Helmet below, but only when worn as a complete suit). The OCS is powered by a power cell for upto 1 hour of continuous use [1200 rounds] if stationary. Movement while using the OCS roughly triples the power consumption [any round spent of movement consumes 3 rds of used power].
Note 1 power cell is required to power the OCS modification.[Game Stats]
-25 DV, -0.5m MV, 5kg wt.
OCS: 1 Power Cell = 1200 rounds of operation (20 rounds = 1min.), movement triples the power consumption (each round of movement = 3 rounds used towards operational time), PER-Based Type C HC to "see/detect" the armor user when active. If the user fires energy weapons or visible projectiles from the concealment or makes melee attacks on enemies, the general location will be detected and foes may strike at the wearer, with difficulty, allowing the user a -40 DV bonus.
Recon Combat Helmet
Included with a suit of Recon Combat Armor. This light-weight advanced helmet comes with a headset advanced communicator, head lamp flashlight, face shield, gas mask unit, integrated Night Vision/IR vision system, & a Targeting Optics System for linking to a laser weapon or rocket launcher vie a retracting link cord in either of the armor's arms. The Recon Combat Helmet It is completely enclosed and can be sealed to a suit of recon combat armor to allow the wearer to be completely immune to the elements, including gas attacks, acid, dusts, pollen, spores and whatnot, and allow an air tight seal to let the wearer use scuba tanks and breath under water. This helmet is designed to be as noiseless as possible when moving, have all possible contact/friction points either padded or shielded with sound dampening materials.
This helmet takes 4 rounds to remove and 1 full minute to put on. Please note that this helmet cannot be sealed if worn with non-Recon Combat Armor as it is not designed for use with other combat armor types. Note also that this helmet is fitted with the micro-optic emitters for the OCS in the Recon Combat Armor, but these are unusable without being attached to a suit of Recon Combat Armor.Note that 4 charged mini-power cells are required for the helmet modifications & attachments to work.

Military-Grade Solar Generator Unit
This unit comes in a 20kg case (with shoulder straps), requiring 5 minutes to unpack and set up. It consists of a control box; a fold out, fan-style dish, 1m in diameter, that stands on its own tripod; a patch cord that connects the dish to the generator box; and finally, 1 power relay cord which can each be plugged into a power pack or robot. On the box itself are 4 mini-power cell slots and 2 standard power cell slots; additionally, 5 pill power cells can be loaded together and slid into a special charger groove. During sunny daylight hours, the charger replaces 40 units of energy (EU) per hour, divided among all batteries hooked to the system. On cloudy days, only 10 units (EU) per hour are generated.
Pill Power Cell : 1 EU (Energy Unit)
Mini-Power Cell : 3 EU
Power Cell : 10 EU
Power Belt# : 50 EU
Kit-bashed Power Belt# : 40 EU
Power Pack : 100 EU

Portable Personal Solar Charging Kit
10 EU/hour of sunlight or only 1 EU/hour if overcast, only has a single Power Cell/4 Mini-Power Cells charging receptacle, the flexible 1m square solar panel rolls up & is stored in a 1m long poly-synth tube for easy storage/transport & the charging receptacle is also the tube cap (the 1m long power cord fits inside the tube with the stored solar panel). The entire unit only weighs 2kg.
Power Belt
Weight: 4kg
Capacity/EU: 50 EU
DV: -2
Blast Radius: 6m
SV/DAM: 01-65/2d12
Recharge Fee: d100+200sp
Holds 5x the power of a Power Cell. Worn around waist. It is somewhat bulky & inflicts a -0.25m MV penalty when worn.
Home-Made Power Belt
Weight: 6kg
Capacity/EU: 40 EU
DV: 0
Blast Radius: 5m
SV/DAM: 01-50/5d10
Recharge Fee: d100+200sp
Materials Req. to Build: 5 Power Cells, custom-made leather belt (with attached suspenders to help distribute the weight), wire, patch cord, Electronics Toolkit or workshop. 4 successful Electronics Tech Skill checks required (Type B).
Time to Build: 4 days (need not be continuous, although GM is suggested to increase the HC type one step for each week between work days since even safely stored materials get exposed to moisture, dust, a literal "bug" in the electronics, etc.. X-factors suck!).
NOTE: A critical failure on any check ruins the entire assembly, ruins one or more of the power cells involved beyond repair. 1 Cell ruined with 65% of a second one ruined, if a second one is ruined, 45% that a third is ruined, if third is ruined, 25% of a four being ruined, & if a four one is ruined, 10% of the fifth cell being ruined (Potentially a VERY expensive failure). If more then one power cell is ruined due to a Critical failure there is a flat 15% per cell ruined of an explosion (for 5d10 DAM, destroying all materials & possibly tools/gear in the blast radius).
Holds 4x the power of a Power Cell. Worn around waist. It is bulky & inflicts a -0.5m MV penalty when worn. Home-made power belts are obviously less effective then simply carrying 5 charged power cells but of course they do provide continuous power without "reload" interruptions, a potential life-saver in a serious fight.
