the two functions MIX LIFE FORM DNA and CHANCE LIFE FORM SURVIVES both have hazard check difficulties but no ability to base the roll on .what do i do?

There is a ** on Chance to Mix Life Form DNA that should probably also be on Chance New Life Form Survives as well. The ** states that Chance New Life Form Survives uses an Intelligence based check and I would surmise that Chance to Mix Life Form DNA also uses Intelligence.
