TIGER (or Lion)
END +30 STR +26 AG +15 ACC +18 INT 15+d20 WIL +12 PER +15 APP 12+d20 DV -12 MV 9
separate attacks against up to three foes at +15 SV and 1d12+2 damage or one flurry of claws/bite at one enemy +30SV 3d12+6
Tigers are carnivorous and see many other creatures as a possible meal, so are not allowed in human settlements without being accompanied by friendly humans or mutants, and even then they are watched carefully.
========= I looked at the other cats (cougar, bobcat/lynx, jaguar) and adjusted from there.

The other one is an Iguana Beastial. Snake is in the book but I made a cobra variant that could have some kind of special effect or defense based on its hood. Maybe the hood when extended causes enemies of low rank have to make a HC A-C or they have a panic attack when they see it with a -10 SV to hit any opponent on the field except the Cobra beastial and a -10 DV for the Cobra beastial attacking the opponent that is panic stricken. Sort of like the PC has to attack the cobra beastial out of panic and disregards all other oppenents on the field but at the same time attacks without regard for himself giving the Cobra Beastial a slight advantage to his attack against the paniced opponent. If any of this makes sense to you let me know because it sounded good in my head but know im not so sure lol.

Iguana? OK! I cant believe there is no Lizard Beastial. Id probably work from the Alligator and make it weaker.
The Cobra sounds cool- Id just use Rattlesnake stats. The hood should have a simple & easy effect- nothing too complicated. Maybe he can hiss loudly and flare his hood for a minor advantage of short duration. In a world of humans that would be utterly terrifying, but in a world of three headed mutants with tentacles- Id keep it pretty small. Just my opinion though.
I'll think about it & see what I come up with- but I like your idea of a bonus to DV or SV, or even a panic check.

Cool pic, where you find it? It looks like the old Planet of the Apes with a Parakeet head.
Patrick Woodroffe was an artist I liked, way back in the day. He illustrated a lot of album covers and sci-fi book jackets. Here's a good sample. linesandcolors.com/2014/05/14/patrick-woodroffe-1940-2014/

I think he did a poster with a bunch of naked people flying around getting eaten by carnivorous plants & weird stuff like that. (Im not joking.) I remember my Uncle had it when I was a kid. Cool stuff.

For the Cobra, I would just keep it as simple as possible- just bump up their DV to -15 (from -10)to take in account their flaring hood & hissing causes opponents to hesitate a bit.
This is what I came up with for generic small Lizard like iguana, chameleon, etc.
LIZARD
END +10 STR +10 AG +5 ACC +10 INT 10+d12 WIL +5 PER +5 APP 4+d10 MV 8 DV -8
Stealth d2 (+1 for chameleons) climb d2, bite SV +5 d10 damage, tail slap +5SV d10 stun. They are not welcome in human settlements as they are commonly mistaken for the Reptilius. (Lizard men p168 Hub rules)

PORCUPINE (or hedgehog)
END 16+d20 STR +5 AG +6 ACC +6 INT 13+d20 WIL 0 PER +5 APP 6+d10 DV -20 MV 8
spines mutation (stats/DV already considered)
They are accepted in human communities if accompanied by a friendly mutant, human or cyborg. They are considered dangerous because of those spines/quills.

DUCK (or goose)
END +10 STR +5 AG +15 ACC +10 INT 15+d20 WILL +10 PER +15 APP 3d8 DV -5/-10 MV 6/22
Duck beastials are strong swimmers and can bite with their beak +5 SV d8 damage. They are seen as not dangerous & typically accepted in human settlements that allow mutant humans.

BIRD (cardinal, bluejay, robin, parakeet, etc.)
END 6+d20 STR 6+d20 AG +25 ACC +15 INT 10+d20 WIL +5 PER +25 APP 3d8 DV -5/-18 MV 6/22
They can peck with beak for +5SV d8 damage. Bird beastials are not seen as a threat and are typically welcomed in a human settlement that allows mutant humans.

RHINO
END +75 STR +50 AG -5 ACC -5 INT 12+d20 WIL +25 PER +5 APP 4+d12 DV -10 MV 8
Horn +15SV d20 damage, charge +30SV 4d20 damage These large beastials have several disadvantages. They reguire large amounts of food & drink. They may have difficulty fitting into places meant for human sized creatures and collapse the floor of weak structures. Their hands/fingers are too big for guns unless modified. They cannot fit into regular armor. It must be specially made to fit at a much greater cost. Rhino beastials are only allowed in communities if accompanied by friendly human, mutants, cyborgs ,as they are seen as large & dangerous.
=================
STR /END may seem high, but a Polar Bear is STR +72 END +45.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!
TURKEY
END +10 STR +5 AG +5 ACC +5 INT 8+d20 WIL 0 PER +10 APP 3d8 DV -5/-10 MV 6/20
Turkey beastials can peck with their beaks for +5SV d8 damage. They are weak fliers and can only fly short distances before resting. They are also called "Gobblers" for the distinct sound they make. Turkey beastials or Gobblers are not seen as a threat and are usually welcomed in human settlements. Some may see them as food, especially around certain holidays.....
