10/24/2017: I am re-adding the PDF version of some of this content (posted & then removed by me after... issues with senior posters). Here it is until I get censored or slapped-down again. Also, the Robotic Intel Report & its associated robotics info (the PDF version) is too large to upload to the forums & I haven't decided if I will take it apart or split it into two PDF files for posting (if I do post it). It really depends on If/how long these new PDF versions are allowed to stay. Needless to say, I am not in control of that & if you were one of those asking for this info, grab it while it is still available here.

That's one compact and sweet machine. Antigrav..?

Well according to the TME Hub book, pg. 91 under Sensor Probe Launcher implant, "small, anti-gravity probes" exist so I took the next logical technological step & created a larger better equipped version that is more robot then dumb probe. Something akin to a pocket-bot in probe form. This would have been a must-have for non-cyborg Recon forces or sleazy private detectives chasing cheating spouses. I increased the power requirements to meet the larger sensor & weapon load-out. Simple adaption of the Optical Concealment Generator to a Probe-sized pocket-bot (reduced mass & surface area hence less power drain on the cell = longer duration of concealment). Yeah, I like it. Nice job. It reminded me of these. globalnews.ca/news/1436938/google-3d-smartphones-to-assist-robots-aboard-space-station/My players are about R10 and they've only recently encountered a drone that seems to fly without fans/vectored thrust, etc. I described it as like anti-grav but they're still unsure about the tech. After punching through it's shield, they picked it up and are hoping to bring it home for study. I'm trying to hold back tech until they're of commensurate Rank.

What Rank is considered Commensurate?

I was just curious because this game is deadly at any rank in my opinion. the advanced weaponry and ease of being able to hit almost any opponent with them makes it hard to survive to double digit ranks. especially if you roll a horrible END at character creation. Just check out my character Star stella Six! shes a great character with a lot of potential but not enough END to stand up in a fight for long.

Hmmm. Guess I took too long, no one around anymore... *skulks back to his dark corner of the internet* Your work is always appreciated thorneldrich! I just don't have as much free time anymore. New 5 month old girl demands attention. Keep it up. I still enjoy reading about other people's games.

Added PDF version of some of this content to the first post. Had several newer members ask for it.

Ok I have reduced the image sizes in the PDF of the Robotics Intel PDF & gotten it small enough to post. Sorry if the images are a bit blurry but I had to drop the pixel/in to only 100 to get the files small enough that the compiled PDF would be up-loadable.
