Pocket Bots questions

Hi all,
I have a few questions on Pocket Bots:
1. What skill package does it have, is it comparable to a Technician Android in the repair capacity.
2. Does the Pocket bot require more than just its on-board tools to repair a bot. One would think for arguments sake, but i think for simplicity sake it is shown as it is.
Ideas for the future:
rebuilt Pocket Bots:
GRMLN Pocket Bot - Sabotages instead of repairs. A MECHA creation. Has a few more skills labeled for steal and Sabotage.
CLPT0 Pocket Bot - Steals instead of repairs. A Human / Mutant idea. Instead of its on-board tools it has thieves tools and such.
KLLRTDY Pocket Bot - Silent Assassin. A Mecha creation. Repackage Pocket Bot with Teddy Bear housing as from the old times. Remove on-board tools, install one of the following a 1. Spay based poison. 2. Syringe / hypo injected poison 3. Gas emitter 4. Explosives.
