I was writing a quest and was rolling out a couple for it, one was a beastal and the other a mutant with Monstrous Morph. Then as I was looking over the breeding guide I wondered instead of being halfie, what if the morph mutation took on the beastal form instead.
So now I have this test character with two sheets and a minor headache. Will report back after a playtest.

I have a bestial human wolf with mutations who rolled up Monstrous Morph. I ruled that his animal DNA became dominant during his morph & basically he went feral while in it. The morph description I simply changed to him becoming more wolf-like & muscular, favoring his bite attack & unarmed melee attacks. He basically "wolfs out" until he calms down. He avoid attacking allies due to his pack instincts, etc... I didn't change the game mechanics of his mutations, just the descriptions. Same effect but to the player, it is totally different.
Oh I did add a WIL-based HC to resist/control his emotions to prevent the transformation from occurring in undesirable places/times. The HC type is determined by the situation (bar-fight: type B, actual lethal combat: type G, attempting stealth attack: type E, etc...). I also ruled that if he is reduced to under half his END by lethal damage during combat that the morph is automatically triggered as a survival instinct if it has any uses/day left.
BTW: his WIL was only 27 so you can imagine how often he "wolfed out". He's banded from Pitford for a year ATM & has been permanently exiled from Overpass (with shoot on sight orders given if he attempts to enter the city again). He has a HPE bounty of 5000sp currently & he has a very bad reputation with excavators in the Northern Freeholds. He has been the sole survivor of 3 separate excavator groups so far.
It should also be noted that the Warmort & skullock raiders/tribes in the Pitford area are f*cking terrified of him (he slaughtered two war-bands (20 or so in each) of skullock nearly single-handed & decimated a squad of Warmort raiders who was lead by a high-rank leader-type, alone). He is ungodly tough & strong even before the morph so his damage is massive when he is morphed.

Ok here he is. & if you're wondering why he only has 918sp at rank 4, most of his coin went to pay fines, damages, & a couple of bribes (to get out of Overpass without getting shot).

Well, Max is brilliant! reminds me of one of my players has a bird/eagle beastal and I ruled that any failed roll on any social interaction or barter attempt has him squawking in their faces, he's repeatedly thrown out of Overpass because he tries to seduce women and fails, then they run to a guard thinking he's about to attack them and then he fails another roll so he squawks in their face and gets him jailed or tossed out.
The residents of Overpass call him "Drunk Rooster". I made him give a rousing speech to defend Pitford from the flesh weavers... there was a lot of Sqwarking

Ouch. He's lucky he didn't run into any of the ladies I keep rolling up as prostitutes/hookers. Last one had beam eyes & flame breath. Some of the "so-called" normal mutant ladies were tougher then the 1st rank excavators that were propositioning them! Had one random bar encounter where one of the oh-so-sure of himself excavator's nearly go mind-fried when the female he was making a pass at got mad & hit him with her Mind Crush attack (he had 38 END & a whopping 26 INT). She crippled the poor bastard (she got max on the END damage roll & a 5 on the INT damage roll). Took that character out of play for almost a week while he healed up! Other players laughed so much/hard it broke up the game session for almost half an hour. Probably should have given the character's player a hint too, the character died on the second encounter going into the ruins. Thankfully I REQUIRE at least two character per player (I strongly suggest 3 most of the time, even if one of them is on standby in Pitford/camp).
