Encumbrance & Lifting Strength [House Rule] Details: Encumbrance Rank; Weight Lift Calculation; Movement Penalty; Feats of Strength.
Rank 0 - None: Under Strength x 1 kg; Movement: full [x 1]; Lift small objects, lift weight with a finger, etc. Rank 1 - Light: Strength x 1 kg; Movement: three-quarter [x 0.75]; One arm lift, arm wrestling. Rank 2 - Medium: Strength x 2.25 kg; Movement: half [x 0.5]; Two arm lift. Rank 3 - Heavy: Strength x 4.5 kg; Movement: quarter [x 0.25]; Maximum lift using legs and back; lift a heavy object off ground. Rank 4 - Super-Heavy: Pushing a heavy object Strength x 9 kg; Movement: Cannot move [x 0], GM can allow movement at quarter or less speed [x 0.1 or less]; Pushing a big rock or a wagon. The use of a lever can raise the multiplier of strength.
*Notes: 1 kg = 2.2 lbs. Maximum lift with back and both legs: Strength x 10 kg.

I thought about doing an increment ranking for Encumbrance somewhat like this, went for the more complex one.... lol. That being said, using your system how much weight can a character carry before hitting the 1st encumbrance category? Half their Strength in kg?
Also, did you check out my house rules here and if so do you have any thoughts/feedback/constructive criticism?
(BTW, interesting mutations you have there. Also looks like you have a nice campaign going and dig the map you posted here with all the details.)

Thanks for the comments. I'll be sure to check out your house rules and bright some constructive comments.
In my encumbrance rule, the character is allowed to carry less than his Str x 1 in kg and still be unaffected by extra mass (the rank 0). Once the Str x 1 kg is obtained the character now gain rank 1 in encumbrance. Encumbrance and weight limit has yet to come into play in my game but it shouldn't be long.
