* GM added, felt it was appropriate to the character since he would be regularly refused entry into smaller villages. Had to learn to make due in the wilds & with what he could steal.
** Sub-dermal Calcium Plates: Shell mutation (Medium) modified to work with Reflective Skin & given cosmetic/descriptive changes. Changed melee damage level to reflect tentacle damage.

Cannot wear most relic armor without an ungodly amount of alterations (x10 cost minimum, except scrap relic which could be made at only x2 cost) & can never use combat armor or shell-class relic armor at all. Gas-mask/filter-masks can not be worn by PC due to radically altered facial structure. Goggles/eye wear as well as non-relic helmets (must have open face area, no face shields) are wearable. Has no hands so delicate or intricate detail-requiring skills are out. Can not use bows, crossbows, or firearms. Primitive weapons (spear, sword, axe, club, knife/dagger) still usable but cannot throw daggers/knives/javelins/spears due to lack of manual manipulative ability (can throw rocks, grenades, bottles, etc...).
History:

No issues from his background. Just being himself is the issue. Is used to being shunned & is very self-sufficient. Feels no guilt for stealing from others (who have more then they need) to survive & will actively try to kill Purists if able to without undue risk of life-threatening ramifications just because he can (he has fled from murderous Purist inquisitors, crusaders, & mutant-hating mobs much of his young life). Doesn't like PSHs but doesn't automatically hate all of them. Is leery of dealing with non-visibly mutated folk due to his hard life growing up. Would be surprisingly loyal & willing to risk anything (up to & including his own life) for a truly sincere friend (of any type). Is surprisingly compassionate towards others who are shunned or hated simply because of what they are or look like but rarely is in a position to show this aspect of his persona.
