How do you handle explosives? Last night we had a combot launch a grenade at us in a room. Grenades have a SV of 1-80. Do you just roll to hit vs every combatant in the Area of Effect like normal or are there special rules for grenades.

I would make a SV rolls for each combatant in the area of effect separately dude to the chaotic direction of explosions, shrapnel, terrain, cover and other factors.

I also disallow Agility and Dodge (and anything else that works similarly) bonuses to DV against explosives unless the target is right at the edge of the explosion. It just doesn't make sense to me for someone in the center of a blast with NO cover nearby should be able to dodge the effect.
