Ok, looked all over in the hub rules (as well as the Pitford, Crossroads Gazetteer, Mall of Doom, Beyond Red Crater, Digger Compendium, etc...). Found some pricing in the Pitford book (Rusty's Supply) for ammo per round (sell price, I defaulted to half sale price to -10% for buying unused rounds) but no where can I find pricing for any size power cell (nothing for mini - Power Pack). Did I miss something or did this get omitted?

Check the table on page 95 of the Hub Rules, at the bottom.

Also in the back of the hub rules book there is a section for finding treasure, which breaks down what kinds of gear can be found and what they are worth. thats what i use to determine the prices. but yeah you can also find it on PG. 95 too.
