When finished I will be able to field (1 Conquistador General, 2 Conquistador Officers, 40 Conquistador Soldiers, and 2 Scrap Tanks). With the 28mm miniatures I will be able to field (1 Cavalier of Purity General, 2 C.P. Officers, and 11 Cavaliers of Purity Mounted on Riding dogs) Riding dogs being quarters lol! Maybe ill paint those too? Could paint them the same color scheme as the troops with a horse head profile in the center.

This is just a breakdown for an M4A4 Sherman from WWII. Its a pretty basic designed tank and is a perfect architype for scrap tanks IMHO for the Epoch. They are simple to concievibly build and operate. Fuel,Ammo, and personnel are limited and thus make them a vehicle that can be defeated by PC's. All of the components that make up the M4A4 Sherman could be jerry rigged together from scrap parts or scrap cars still intake in the Epoch wastelands. The hardest part is finding the Steel plating to cover the chassis and the caste the tacks and wheel assemblies. They built these tanks in the 1940's so in my honest opinion it is highly possible for these tanks to be recreated in the epoch. This is why my HPE have a small motor pool of about 15-20 of these tanks to patrol there domain. Components are costly and manufacturing difficult but not impossible, especially with master junk crafters working 18 hour shifts with the best tools and equipment that the HPE can provide them.

I feel nothing but infernal hate for purists. Yet, you sir, got my respect for this amount of dedication to such a project. Way to go!

thanks Mag! I'm fascinated by them since they are the natural bad guys of the epoch. Oh the Mutant kingdom is bad news too don't get me wrong but they are a much harder faction to expand upon due to their mutant nature. The HPE just speaks to me in a way that makes them easy to flesh out an use as a major enemy faction for the protagonist PC party. They are simply deluded human beings that are brain washed into believing evil things are right. In their own culture they are not evil to one another unless someone exhibits mutations. Besides I really like making my villains memorable and formidable for my PC players.
