Thanks man! I really appreciate that. I'm trying to make the HPE in my Campaign a little more potent. Also I've spent a lot of time on painting my miniatures to represent them when I play. I want my players to be scared or the very least worried when I bust out the HPE army box on game days lol!
Also I'm pretty passionate about making NPC's and Lore for my campaign. I like the HPE and I am intrigued by them and their struggle to dominate the crossroads region and slaughter all of mutant kind. its totally impossible if you ask me but still they are an interesting lot that have a bunch of potential.

Great work as always. You are really helping to flesh out the factions in ME. I've got to say that 70 STR is a bit high for these young but highly trained PSH women, IMHO. (I seem to always get hung up on Traits.. ) Sure they are "specially selected females from all over the Empire.. trained from eleven to adult hood, in medic (2), martial Arts (2) and weapon combat (3) rapier: (+11 SV, d12+4 dmg)". But that STR means they can pick up 70kg (144lbs) in one hand and still shoot a gun/move. Heck, she can lift 140kg (308lbs) if using both arms and still move at only -2m/rnd! We're not talking a bench press here but a pick up and move with it on your back kind of thing. Probably a fast walk.. Please don't think I'm putting down women or their strength. Hand selected and trained since birth would grant higher stats than the 25 STR average, but dang a 70 STR is high for each and every one. Maybe a range starting at above average and going up to Olympic Athlete potential STR. 35+ 4D10 STR as a possibility? (For those that feel this is still too generous.. 35 + 2D10. They can still increase it through Rank.) Who knows what kind of eugenics or selective breeding programs, PSH virus to prevent extreme mutations, etc will happen in the future. These young ladies (trained to Adulthood, which starts at 18 (pg 17 ME) really wouldn't need their knights of protection that guard them as they perform church duties. Oh, and Mother Remington (Crossroads pg 441) with her 77 STR? She's middle aged so she's already lost 1D6 STR. So 3 years ago, she had a 78 to 83 STR! (Assuming she didn't gain Trait points from Rank in that time.) Dude, she ain't human!

Well Neither is the vicar literally! LOL. When I was making the Sisters of purity I was going to use the cavalier of purity NCO/SGT stats but I wanted them to have more survivability since they are basically the HPE army field medics. Even though they have a high strength it doesn't matter to much from my GM'ing stand point. I wouldn't be using the sisters of purity to heft 50 caliber machine guns in battle or moving boulders into place for an ambush over a ravine but they could if necessary. I also wanted them to be strong enough to perform their other uses more effectively, acting as spies, assassins and often as decoys to lure mutant men or the unfaithful into traps. Not sure if you have seen the show the legend of the seeker prov13? I really liked the Mord-Sith and as a result my sisters of purity have a lot in common with them.

The Mord Sith were awesome in the legend of the seeker. They have a lot in common with the sisters of purity in many ways. They are fanatical, faith based, and well versed in both the sword an martial arts. I can totally imagine the sisters of purity leather armor in much the same way as the Mord Siths leather armor only they wear Nun outfits over their armor with sun hats and scarves to cover their faces. They are almost the same except for the Mord Siths magical ability to bring people back from the brink of death, but that being said the sisters of purity are medics so they to bring people back from the brink of death. The only thing they don't have in common is the magical pain stick that the Mord Sith weild but that could be fixed by equipping the sisters of purity each with a 'Medusa' Stun Staff from the excavator monthly compendium pg. 197-198. Which I might go back and do now that I mention it lol, only thing is that it wont be as powerful and will not extend.

Notes: Star Stella Six was unofficially born from an ancient corroded machine in the great ruins. Her first couple of days where a groggy haze. She would have died there amongst the ruins of the oldsters if not for a group of excavators that luckily happened upon her living like a rat in a sewer. They cleaned her up and gave her food and clean water to drink. They told her they were heading for overpass and she was more then welcome to come that far with them. However Luck was not with Stella, as the group traveled across the wastes towards overpass they were attacked by raiders. All of the excavators were either killed or taken as slaves including Stella Six. They were transported to the raider gangs base were Stella Six was made an attendant slave to the raider gang leader. She spent 10 years serving the raider gang leader before rival gang attacked their base and during the confusion made her escape with only a wool blanket and a staff to protect her. Three days passed as she wondered aimlessly through the wastes. On the third day Stella's luck had finally returned when she ran into a caravan of merchants bound for of all places Overpass. She entered the city of overpass with nothing and over the course of 19 years has become one of the most widely known card Sharks/Gamblers Overpass has ever known. She has become something of a celebrity amongst the saloon crawling, bar dwelling deviants of the city. Star Stella Six has the blue and black star symbol of the gamblers guild tattooed on the palm of her left hand.She has two armed guards that protect her well she gambles each night and longs to travel the crossroads region to gamble against the best of the best. Anyone who opts to play Stella six in a game of chance will lose more then their money. Stella six lives and breathes information gathering and those who lose to her find out quickly how fast this very intelligent temptress can get vital information out of them. Stella six is a bottom dwelling deviant that longs for adventure and intrigue. If you put her into your campaign she would make an excellent face character for the PC group whenever traveling through towns but lacks the combat prowess to make for a decent excavator.
