Maybe these are answered in the books, I just haven't found them yet. 1) Going from a starting Tech skill of 1 or 2, can a PC put all of their skill points in one skill? Since the skill progression is a big increase from low skill to high, 3-4 additional skill points are a huge jump in ability. We had a character go from removing wood ticks to performing brain transplants in 2 games... We joked that the MOD adventure was their externship and it took this long to receive a license in the mail. This question applies to all skills really.I do allow players to put one point in a new skill that they could conceivably learn with enough training and then put more skill points after the self-training period. You teach yourself how to use a sword for 1 point. Six months later you can add additional points. 2) Does Berserker Rage increase Movement? It feels like it should. I'm going with yeah. 3) Is there a Weapon Expert skill for Heavy Weapons? Characters have a rocket launcher from Benwad in Walsave (Save at Walsave!), have fired it once and want to develop skill in it. I'm probably going to add this, just wanted the official opinion; RAW, rules as written. I could also see a view point that says you only get accuracy and the weapon needs 2 rounds to lock or is idiot proof, no skill needed. I've never fired one.
